Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of MyCarrierPlans.com and its related comparison and referral experiences (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Qualifire Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Qualifire," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the Site. Separate signed agreements govern our business partner services and control if they conflict with these Terms concerning those services.

Our role and compensation

MyCarrierPlans.com provides auto insurance comparison and referral services. We connect consumer inquiries with participating carriers, agencies, brokers, and other insurance businesses. We are not an insurance carrier, licensed insurance agency or broker, or government agency. We do not issue policies, set premiums, make underwriting decisions, or provide a binding insurance quote.

We may receive compensation for a lead, click, call, or other qualifying referral. Compensation, buyer eligibility, location, and partner availability may affect which businesses appear or receive an inquiry and their placement. Our service does not necessarily include every insurer or policy and does not guarantee the lowest price or any particular savings.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or use our interactive referral services. Provide accurate information and submit another person's information only if you have authority to do so. Do not submit fraudulent information, impersonate anyone, interfere with the Site, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the Site at scale without permission, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.

Referrals and insurance offers

A submitted inquiry may be referred to a participating business as described in the relevant experience. A lead form is intended for delivery to one lead buyer; separate click referrals may involve up to three buyers, and a separately requested call connection may involve a call buyer. These interactions are subject to their own disclosures and any required consent.

Submitting information does not guarantee contact, a quote, coverage, approval, or savings. Prices and eligibility are determined by the insurance business and may change following verification and underwriting. Only the insurer or authorized provider can bind coverage. You must review the provider's policy terms, exclusions, limits, and privacy notice before purchasing. We are not a party to your insurance policy or other agreement with the provider.

Communications and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Using the Site or accepting these Terms does not by itself authorize automated marketing calls or texts. Any required consent is requested separately at the point of submission. You may revoke applicable communications consent using reasonable methods allowed by law, including by contacting us at legal@qualifiremedia.com. Do not submit highly sensitive information through general email or contact channels.

Content and intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, software, and marks are owned by Qualifire or its licensors and protected by law. You may view and use the Site for lawful personal purposes. No ownership rights are transferred. You may not use our marks or reproduce Site content commercially without written permission.

Third-party services and availability

Independent providers control their own offers, products, websites, and communications. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Site features. Site information may be incomplete or outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qualifire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or third-party products or communications. Qualifire's aggregate liability for claims arising from your use of the free public Site will not exceed $100, except for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These Terms do not restrict nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights or limit duties that law imposes directly on Qualifire.

Governing law and disputes

Delaware law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction over a dispute may hear it. You may contact legal@qualifiremedia.com to seek informal resolution; doing so is not a condition of exercising a nonwaivable legal right.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date and providing any legally required notice. An update will not retroactively alter an existing dispute. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
