MyCarrierPlans.com is operated by Qualifire Media LLC. Paid insurance referrals or disclosures to advertising partners may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws. You may ask us to stop these uses where applicable law provides that right.

Submit an opt-out

Email legal@qualifiremedia.com with the subject Do Not Sell or Share. State that you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and its use for targeted advertising. Provide the email address or telephone number previously used with MyCarrierPlans.com if needed to locate your records. We will not require an account or identity verification for this opt-out. Do not send sensitive identity documents.

A particular subject line is not required for a valid request. An authorized agent may also submit an opt-out on your behalf, subject to any legally permitted proof of authority.

How your choice applies

We apply your choice to information and identifiers we can reasonably associate with you, and notify other recipients when required by law. Where the CCPA applies, we process a sale or sharing opt-out as soon as feasibly possible, no later than 15 business days. We comply with other applicable state deadlines as well.

An email request does not automatically erase cookies or identify every browser and device you use. Browser settings can help you block or delete cookies. Where applicable law requires processing of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, that duty applies independently of this email process.

Your opt-out does not prevent processing or disclosures that applicable law permits for security, legal compliance, or a service you specifically request. A later request for an insurance referral does not automatically revoke an existing opt-out; we will seek any additional direction or consent required by law. We may retain limited suppression information to honor your choice.

Related requests

Opting out of sale or sharing is different from deleting information or stopping marketing communications. Email legal@qualifiremedia.com with Data Request for deletion, or Consent Preferences to change Qualifire's communications preferences. You may request more than one action in the same message. Independent insurance businesses may need to be contacted directly about their own marketing lists.
