Data Request

You can contact Qualifire Media LLC, the operator of MyCarrierPlans.com, to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Available rights depend on applicable law and your state of residence.

Send your request by email

Email legal@qualifiremedia.com with the subject Data Request. In your message, include:

• The request you want us to process, such as access, a portable copy, correction, deletion, information about disclosures, or an applicable limitation on sensitive information.
• Your name and state of residence.
• The email address or telephone number you previously used with MyCarrierPlans.com, to help us locate the records.
• An approximate submission date or other helpful context, if known.
• For a correction, the information you believe is inaccurate and the correction requested.

You do not need to use a particular subject line for your request to be valid. Provide only the information reasonably needed to identify and process it. Do not send a Social Security number, driver's license image, payment credentials, or other sensitive document through ordinary email. We will arrange a secure process if additional verification is necessary.

What happens next

We may proportionately verify identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any extension or denial. California access, correction, and deletion requests subject to the CCPA are acknowledged within 10 business days and generally answered within 45 calendar days; we explain any permitted extension.

Deletion has legal and security exceptions. We may retain information needed for legal obligations, evidence, or suppression. We notify recipients when required by law.

Authorized agents and appeals

An authorized agent may email us with legally required evidence of authority. To appeal a decision, email legal@qualifiremedia.com with Privacy Appeal in the subject and identify the original request. We respond within applicable deadlines and explain further complaint options.

Other privacy choices

For a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising opt-out, email us with Do Not Sell or Share in the subject. No account or identity verification is required; limited information may be needed to locate records. See Consent Preferences for communications choices.
